Arizona Children of Incarcerated Parents Manual of Strategies
The Manual of Strategies of the Arizona Children of Incarcerated Parents Bill of Rights Project highlights policies, practices and programs that are currently being implemented across Arizona and the United States to benefit children affected by parental arrest and incarceration.

The Manual is designed to serve as a comprehensive reference in developing or enhancing Arizona’s local and state efforts to improve outcomes for children of incarcerated parents. Also, it may serve as a reference for other groups working to improve conditions for children of prisoners.
